Terms of Use

Service Description

BondReclaim provides an automated tool that generates demand letters for New Zealand tenants facing unfair bond deductions. The letters are based on the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 and are designed to be sent to landlords or property managers as part of a bond dispute.

Not Legal Advice

The demand letters generated by BondReclaim do not constitute legal advice. They are informational documents that cite relevant sections of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified New Zealand lawyer or Community Law Centre if you have any doubts about your situation or if your dispute involves complex legal issues.

No Guarantee of Outcome

BondReclaim does not guarantee any particular outcome. The effectiveness of the demand letter depends on the specific facts of your dispute, your landlord's response, and the applicable law.

Payment & Refunds

The fee for generating a demand letter is $49 NZD. The optional email delivery add-on is $10 NZD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Once a demand letter has been generated and downloaded, refunds are not available as the service has been fully delivered.

Limitation of Liability

BondReclaim's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
